According to the preliminary investigation carried out in the criminal proceedings investigated by the Anti-corruption Committee, it was substantiated that A.H., who was serving in the Ministry of Defense over 1997-2011, then holding the positions of the deputy head of the 4th department and the head of the 5th division of the General police department for combating organized crime in 2011-2018, while holding the above-mentioned public service positions, illegally participated in business activities, as well as engaged in other corrupt activities, as a result of which he hid and distorted the criminal origin and ownership of illegally acquired property, giving them a legal appearance.
According to the completed preliminary investigation in criminal proceeding carried out by the RA anti-corruption committee evidence was obtained that holding the position of director of the state non-profit organization "Burastan Primary Health Care Center", K. T. committed an official forgery at the instigation of R. G., A. J., L. M., M. A. and S. Z., that is, provided more than a dozen people with false certificates certifying that they had been vaccinated against the coronavirus disease without actual vaccination.
According to the preliminary investigation carried out in the criminal proceedings investigated by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, evidence was obtained that during 2021 K. Gharagozyan, the director of the “Tumanyan Forestry” Branch of “Hayantar” SNCO of the Forestry Committee of the RA Ministry of Environment, in order to sell timber procured from the said forestry to various buyers, demanded and received bribes of various amounts from them.
According to the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings investigated by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, factual information was obtained that while occupying the position of Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia in 2020-2022, the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan G. Simonyan did not fulfill his official duties due to personal interest, as a result of which significant damage was caused to the legal interests of the state.
According to the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, a case of embezzlement of a total of 4.8 million AMD from state funds by the director of “Verin Ptghni Secondary School” SNCO was revealed.
Cases of accepting bribes by A. A., deputy head of the Operational division of the "Hospital of Convicts" Penitentiary Institution of the RA Penitentiary Service from a prisoner and a convict of the same Penitentiary Institution were revealed within the criminal proceedings initiated in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee.
