During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated by the NSS Investigation Department and investigated by the Anti-corruption Committee of the RA regarding cases of receiving bribes and abusing official powers by an official of the Kentron administrative district of the Municipality of Yerevan, as a result of operative-intelligence measures taken by the employees of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee and the Yerevan City Department of the RA NSS, and the investigative actions carried out, factual data were obtained that the first-class specialist of the relevant department of the Kentron administrative district of the municipality, E.V., for illegal inaction in June-August 2022 for the benefit of H.H., A.S., L.M. and S.H., engaged in commercial activities in the Kentron administrative district, it is to say, demanded and received a bribe from the mentioned persons for not registering the offenses related to their activities and not taking the appropriate action within the scope of the powers assigned to him in order not to subject them to responsibility.

Within the criminal proceedings initiated as a result of the cooperation with the RA National Security Service in the RA Anticorruption Committee, facts were obtained indicating the commission of a crime, stating that resident of Yerevan T.S., with a direct intention of embezzling other people's money by means of fraud, under the pretext of exempting conscript H. M. from compulsory military service with a false diagnosis, tried to extort particularly large amount of 5,000 US dollars equivalent to 2,375,950 AMD from his father, G.M.

Within the framework of the criminal proceedings initiated as a result of the cooperation of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee with the RA Cadastre Committee, facts indicating the commission of a crime were obtained, stating that the former official of the RA Cadastre Committee, G. M., with the assistance of a number of people, as well as officials abusing their official powers and committing official forgeries, fraudulently embezzled 7 plots of land with a total market value of 4.5 billion AMD, 4 of which he embezzled with prior agreement with his close friend A.M.
Cases of embezzlement of money by fraud under the pretext of bribing an official were revealed
Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was substantiated that S.A. tried to bribe a police official in the amount of AMD 270,000 at the instigation of A.A. in order to obtain driving licenses, but the crimes were not completed due to circumstances beyond his control.
As a result of the anti-competitive activities of the former Deputy Chief of RP and another police official, 67 million AMD damage was caused to the state, within the criminal case a case of non-payment of taxes of 577 million AMD was also revealed.
Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee regarding the cases of illegal participation in business activities and non-payment of taxes, it was substantiated that the RA Police officials abused their official powers and limited the competition between the two European and Russian companies that supply the police with vehicle registration plates by anti-competitive activities, as a result of which the state suffered a loss of 67 163 790 AMD. At the same time, it was substantiated that the head of two commercial organizations operating in the Republic of Armenia, connected to the participant of the European company, did not pay particularly large amounts of taxes with the help of his brother.
