Born on January 31, 1982 in Yerevan.
He received higher education in the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University and graduated in 2003 receiving the qualification of lawyer.
2003-2005 -Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
Started professional activity in 2005.

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, May 15, 2015, was awarded “Mkhitar Gosh” medal.
