Born on January 24, 1982 in Yerevan.
2000-2002 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2008 graduated with honors from the Faculty of law of the RA Police Academy.

He was awarded 3rd degree medal “For long term service in the Police”, medal of “50th Anniversary of General Investigation Department”, medals “For Strengthening RA Law and Order”, “For the Excellent Service” and medal of “Bulwark of Law”.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, November 26, 2016 was awarded “Mkhitar Gosh” medal.
