Born on December 17, 1982 in Yerevan.
1999-2001 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
Received higher education at Faculty of Law of Academy of the RA Police, from which he graduated in 2007 and received a qualification of Lawyer-jurist.
