Born on December 02, 1984 the town of Kapan. In 2005 graduated from Yerevan State University, Department of Law, obtaining bachelor`s degree. In 2005-2007 served in RA Armed Forces. In 2017 graduated from Yerevan State University, Department of Law, gaining master`s degree.
