Stressing the importance of implementation of anti-corruption education in public schools, as foreseen by the anti-corruption strategy, as well as in order to raise awareness of students about the fight against corruption, students from one of Yerevan schools visited the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, where they were received by the acting chairman of the committee Edik Hakobyan.
The latter answered the students' questions, introduced them to the activities of the Anti-Corruption Committee, spoke about the causes, types, and mechanisms of combating corruption, touched upon the topic of the danger of corruption, calling on students to be educated, informed and law-abiding citizens, under which conditions they will show intolerance against any manifestations of corruption, which, in turn, will lead to the implementation of the idea of a strong state.
The students also toured the Anti-Corruption Committee, talked with investigators, and learned about their work on-site.
