It was substantiated by the criminal proceedings that while performing a service in the territory of Aragatsotn marz the inspectors of the Road Police N. T. and R. In a number of cases, instead of recording the violations actually committed by the drivers, implying the most severe administrative responsibility, the traffic inspectors made protocols containing false information about minor violations.
