According to the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated as a result of the operative-investigative measures undertaken by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was established that the director of the LLC company R. H., to commit an illegal act in his favor, that is, to organize the process of destroying expired chicken eggs in violation of the procedure established by the RA government's decision, on November 24, 2022, the head of the Armavir Regional Center of the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority A. He gave a bribe of AMD 250,000 to M.

In particular, during the preliminary investigation, it was found that due to the problems related to the transportation of one truckload of chicken eggs to be exported to the Russian Federation by the above-mentioned SP company, the expiration date of the egg has passed, and it was returned to Armenia for destruction. However, director of SP company R. H. did not destroy the said batch of expired eggs, but instead destroyed a small batch of older eggs that had passed their expiration date. After that, on November 22, 2022, SATM Armavir regional of the center main specialist - inspector G. _ P _ _ make up is record it about the fact that the entire batch of 302,000 eggs that had expired was destroyed, which he then confirmed with his signature. He received a box of eggs from H. as a bribe. Then A. M. put the above-mentioned act of destruction of dangerous products containing false information into official circulation and sent it to the RA food safety inspection body.

As a result of organizing the destruction process in violation of the established order, some of the expired eggs were actually sold on the RA market.

On 26.12.2022, the head of Armavir regional center of RA SATM A. M., two SATM officials and director of SP company R. H. were arrested by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee investigator.

For committing the criminal acts described above, A. M. was charged with Article 435 ‑, Part 2, Clause 3, Article 46436, Part 2, Clause 3 and Article 445, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. P., with Article 435, Part 2, Clause 3 and Article 445, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code and R. to H., in accordance with Article 435, Part 2, Clause 3 of the RA Criminal Code /two episodes/ and Article 46-445, Part 1.

R. Arrest was applied to H. as a preventive measure, and G. Prohibition of absence from RA and suspension of office were applied to P. as measures of disruption.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings against the mentioned three defendants has been completed. The materials of the proceedings with the indictment were handed over to the supervising prosecutor, who approved it, and the materials were sent to the court.

Notification. the person accused of a crime is considered innocent until his guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by the RA Criminal Procedure Code by a verdict entered into legal force.
