O., 2013-2020. occupying the position of the senior inspector of the permit system of the Ashtarak department of the Aragatsotn regional department of the RA police, handed over to the said police department, K. G. and his father, G. He stole the hunting firearms belonging to G. and registered them in the names of other persons by creating false documents.

In particular, it was found that P. O., having official access to the above-mentioned firearms deposited at the Ashtarak Police Department, using his official position, robbed K. "IZH 12" model firearm belonging to G. and gave it to his friend K. to Kh. Then, the above-mentioned firearm, as if on a legal basis, K. In order to create the impression of being assigned to Kh., P. O. embarked on the process of drawing up fake official documents and putting them into circulation. On March 26, 2019, he made obviously false applications that allegedly K.K. wanted to donate his "IZH 12" firearm to K. to Kh. As a result, the firearms indicated by means of false documents were registered in the latter's name.

In addition, P. O., using his official position, on May 12, 2015, to his S. He offered A. to buy C. for AMD 200,000. The firearm of the "Monsberg" model handed over to the Ashtarak Police Department by G. S. A. accepted P. O.'s proposal, after which, the firearm was allegedly sold to S. on a legal basis. In order to create the impression of being assigned to A., the police inspector abducted in the same way as described above and started the process of drawing up fake official documents and putting them into circulation. As a result, the "Monsberg" model firearm was sold to S. to A.

P. O. was charged under Article 445, Part 1 (2 episodes) and Article 338, Part 2, Clause 3 (2 episodes) of the RA Criminal Code. In the presented accusation, P. O. pleaded guilty and gave a confession.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings has been completed. The materials of the proceedings with the indictment were handed over to the supervising prosecutor with a request to approve it and send it to the court.
