Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained on the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was proved that three inspectors of the "Road Police" service of the RA Police committed official forgery with a single intention: during the years 2020-2021, they regularly made false records, regarding allegedly committing administrative offenses by the driver A.H., as a result of which the latter was caused a total property damage of 115,000 AMD.

According to the charges brought, RP police inspectors, R.O., А.Ch. and Р.N., in order to ensure a high rate of administrative violation records during the service, due to personal motivations,  under the conditions of not committing an administrative offense by A.H., a resident of Mikhailovka village, Lori marz, in different months of 2020-2021, made false protocols, including in them untrue information that allegedly A. H. drove cars belonging to him and other persons, committed offenses. As a result, R. O., A. Ch. and R. N. caused A. H. property damage of AMD 45,000, 60,000 and 10,000, respectively.

For the execution of the above-mentioned criminal acts, the RP inspectors were charged under Article 314, part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. The preliminary investigation of the criminal case against them has been completed. The case with the indictment was handed over to the supervising prosecutor with a request to approve it and send it to the court.

Notification. the person accused of a crime is considered innocent until his guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by the RA Criminal Procedure Code by a verdict entered into legal force.
